What Do We Do

Our expertise is in finding risk-adjusted, returns-generating deals in the impact investing space.  We do not only sign mandates that will be hugely profitable for investors, but also for end-users, communities, and society at-large. To this end, we revamp business plans, conduct due diligence, build financial models, negotiate transactions and connect suitable investors in our network to appropriate deals in our pipeline.

We have a track record of delivering results quickly. In the recent past, we have built a viable and active pipeline, across Africa and the USA, of small deals with a total value of over $800 million from chemicals manufacturing to media technology in just a few years. Our investor universe is vast, comprising private equity funds, DFIs, family offices and HNWI.  Sometimes we invest alongside them.
